We at Barefoot B.E.R.B.S. want you to be completely satisfied with your new shoes.

We want you to be happy and comfortable in your new B.E.R.B.S. If after trying on your new shoes they aren't what you expected, you can return them for a full refund. The shoes must be in new condition and must not appear to have been worn. All returns must be received within 45 days of purchase.

Please remember, on standard returns, we need to be able to re-sell the product so all shoes must be returned in new condition, with the original packaging, within 45 days of purchase.

Your refund will be credited to credit/debit card you used to purchase your shoes and will be posted within 15 days of receiving your product on a return.

Exchanges must also happen within 45 days of purchase. If you need to exchange a size or color, we will pay for ground shipping. As always the product must be in unworn condition. Each purchase is limited to one free exchange.

Due to high international shipping rates, international customers must pay for all shipping and import/export fees associated with international returns and exchanges.
